RailPulse is a new coalition of forward-thinking railcar owners who have joined together to create a neutral, open-architecture, industry-wide railcar telematics platform that will help transform rail shipping by bringing it into the 21st century. The venture will create an information infrastructure that enables data from GPS and railcar-mounted sensors to drive improved service levels, visibility, safety, sustainability, and productivity into North American rail-based supply chains.
